1. Services Engagement
By briefing our studio or choosing one of our monthly campaign retainers, you agree to enter our automated CRM lifecycle and correspond via the assigned specialists.
2. Retainer Investment & Billings
Billings are managed via monthly invoices. Pending payments are marked overdue if unpaid within 5 days past due date. We restrict active development or campaign management if overdue indicators persist.
3. SLA Limits
The lead auto-assignment SLA response times (3 hours) represent optimal operating parameters and are not binding during server downtime or standard cPanel cron delays.
